This is me after my killer leg workout yesterday…at the END of my FULL workout. I wanted to give up, to give in just 2 sets in…but something inside of me told me that I am better than that. I control my mind and my mind will want to quit a thousand times sooner than what my body can stand. 
I pushed through it. I did it. 
That makes me so proud. Legs are my weakest and I feel on top of the world having completed yesterday’s workout. 

Moral of my story? YOU CAN DO IT. Just push.

He will be on the other side of the bed and passed out and I’ll move an inch and the next thing I know his legs wrapped around me and breathing in my ear haha. LOVE YOU!
